The Bob Kramer Collections

Each Bob Kramer collection is a work of art. A few highlights of his various offerings are as follows:
  • Bob Kramer Cumulus blades are cryogenically ice-hardened to 63 Rockwell. Unlike other Bob Kramer knives, Cumulus knives have shallower and smaller handles for a comfortable fit in many different hand sizes. Ivory-like handles made from white linen micarta are durable and wear-resistant.
  • Bob Kramer Stainless Damascus Steel knives feature a 100-layer chevron Damascus pattern layered upon an SG2 micro-carbide powder steel core. They have an approximate 65 Rockwell hardness and feature riveted black linen micarta handles.
  • Bob Kramer Carbon Steel knives are developed using traditional Japanese knife-making techniques with a straight carbon steel formulation called 52100. These knives are heat-treated to 61 Rockwell.
  • Each hand-forged Bob Kramer Meiji knife has an FC61 fine carbide stainless steel core that’s surrounded by 100 layers of nickel and stainless steel. D-shaped Japanese-style handles feature charcoal pakkawood, delivering a secure grip and excellent balance.

Although they’re stunning, Bob Kramer knives aren’t just made for show. They’re durable enough for daily use in a high-traffic commercial kitchen, and they’ll surely inspire you to do amazing things in your culinary endeavors.
