SCANPAN offers a variety of collections for your consideration. A few of these include:

SCANPAN Classic: This SCANPAN Classic cookware collection is ideal for the budding home chef. It features cookware made of pressure-cast ceramic titanium that’s oven safe to 500°F. Plus, it’s dishwasher safe. Unlike other nonstick cookware, it is compatible with your favorite metal utensils. Please note that SCANPAN Classic is not compatible with induction cooking surfaces.

SCANPAN CS+: The revolutionary, commercial-grade SCANPAN CS+ collection is made with Stratanium+ nonstick technology and features a micro-textured surface for exceptional release of foods. It has a five-layer, clad-aluminum construction with a brushed stainless exterior. Stay-cool handles are securely riveted and have ergonomic grips for comfort. CS+ is compatible with all cooking surfaces, including induction.

SCANPAN PRO S+: Featuring an almost indestructible, premium nonstick surface, this exceptional SCANPAN PRO S+ collection is available only at Sur La Table. It is oven safe to 500°F, and is compatible with all cooking surfaces, except induction. Squeeze-cast, aluminum bodies deliver even heating, and the stay-cool, ergonomic handles provide secure, comfortable grips.

SCANPAN ES5: Update your current cookware collection with the SCANPAN ES5 collection, which features five layers of Stratanium: hard-particle, wave-like layers that interlock to reinforce the nonstick surfaces. Enjoy even heat distribution, ergonomic handles and oven safe surfaces up to 500°F. The durable coating will not blister, peel, or interact with food or metal utensils. The SCANPAN ES5 collection is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

SCANPAN CTX: With the five-ply, 18/10 stainless steel and aluminum body, the SCANPAN CTX collection is both beautiful and functional. It is compatible with all cooking surfaces, including induction, and is safe to use with metal utensils. Even heat distribution and retention allow for professional-grade searing, deglazing and browning.

No matter which SCANPAN collection you choose, you’ll appreciate the revolutionary, toxin-free construction that keeps you and your family safe and healthy as you whip up home-cooked meals. Plus, you can count on lifetime warranties to protect your purchase and keep your cookware in use for generations.

Where is SCANPAN Made?

SCANPAN cookware is artisan-made in Denmark. The brand name actually stems from the Danish company's location: SCANPAN is short for "Scandinavian pan."

How Long Does a SCANPAN Last?

SCANPAN products are designed to last a lifetime. With proper care, they should not require replacements or repairs. Furthermore, all SCANPAN products are backed by limited lifetime warranties.

Can I Use SCANPAN on Induction Cooktops?

The following product lines from SCANPAN are safe for use on induction cooktops: Pro IQ, CTX, HaptIQ, CS+, and Classic Induction. All SCANPAN cookware, including the product collections that are safe to use on induction cooktops, can be used with gas and electric stovetops.

How Do You Clean a Burnt SCANPAN?

A stainless steel cleaner can be used to remove discoloration and stains from a burnt SCANPAN. Recommended products include Bon Ami, Bar Keepers Friend and other baking soda-based products. Follow product instructions to restore the outside of the pan. If necessary, a natural bristle or nylon brush can be used to remove any sticky residue or food particles. Wash with warm, soapy water afterward and dry completely.

Does SCANPAN Have a Lifetime Warranty?

All SCANPAN products are backed by limited lifetime warranties. The company is committed to the quality of its products, as well as sustainability. With proper care, SCANPAN pans should last a lifetime, which will ultimately create less waste and result in a smaller carbon footprint.

How Do You Clean the Outside of a SCANPAN?

The inside and outside of SCANPAN cookware should be cleaned with warm to hot soapy water and a sponge after every use. Be sure to rinse and dry thoroughly after washing. For tougher messes, apply a stainless steel cleaner or another scouring cleanser and scrub with a natural bristle or nylon brush.

Can You Put SCANPAN Stainless Steel in the Oven?

All SCANPAN cookware, including lids and handles, can be placed in an oven up to 500°F.

Is SCANPAN Teflon-Free?

SCANPAN cookware is PFOA- and PFOS-free. The company's pots and pans are made using a proprietary product called Stratanium. This product does contain some PTFE, which is sometimes referred to as Teflon. PTFE provides the true nonstick coating and is environmentally inert, harmless to ingest, and does not chemically react with food, water or cleaning products.
