Honing your knife is the first
step to take with a blade that’s
not razor sharp. Bob demonstrates
the proper technique for using the
steel to realign a blade’s edge.

stone. A stone removes excess

that come together perfectly.
The premier kitchen knifemaker

creates some of the most sought
after cutlery in the world.
Bob has created a collection of
all the tools home chefs need to
keep their knives razor-sharp for
years.
