The All-Clad LTD 1-qt saucier features a patented 3-ply design composed of an 18/10 stainless steel interior, pure aluminum core and a hard-anodized aluminum exterior. This clad construction creates superior heat conductivity and distribution, further enhanced by the hard-anodizing process that yields a resilient outer surface that resists scratches, chipping and peeling.
The stainless steel interior is easy to clean, non-reactive with foods and provides striking contrast to the matte-black exterior finish. Riveted stay-cool handles. Hand wash. Made in USA.
