Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 Tablespoons chopped white onion
- ½-teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper, seeded
- up to 1 teaspoon cilantro leaves, minced
- small tomato, seeded and minced
- ½-teaspoon fresh lime juice
- ½-teaspoon sea salt
Procedure
- Mash all the ingredients together in a bowl, combining well but leaving some chunks. Adjust
seasoning with additional jalapeno, cilantro or lime juice to taste and serve immediately.
