Direct import specialty pan with lid. Tin-lined; v-shaped; 6½" diameter at top tapering in; 8¼" (21cm) height with bowl-shaped bottom (the water chamber). Removable stainless-steel perforated insert to separate water chamber from top section. Holds three cups of water.
