Vita-Mix Power Shake Smoothie
Ingredients
- 8 oz. / 240 ml nonfat soy milk
- 4 oz. / 120 ml orange juice
- 1 banana
- 4 oz. / 120 ml cantaloupe
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 4 oz. / 120 ml strawberries, fresh or frozen
optional additives for increased nutrition:
- wheat germ
- uncooked oatmeal
- 100% bran cereal
- protein powder
- tofu
Procedure
Put all ingredients into a Vita-Mix blender, along with any optional additive if using. Blend well until desired consistency is reached.
