Ingredients

  • 8 oz. / 240 ml nonfat soy milk
  • 4 oz. / 120 ml orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 4 oz. / 120 ml cantaloupe
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 4 oz. / 120 ml strawberries, fresh or frozen
optional additives for increased nutrition:

  • wheat germ
  • uncooked oatmeal
  • 100% bran cereal
  • protein powder
  • tofu

Procedure

Put all ingredients into a Vita-Mix blender, along with any optional additive if using. Blend well until desired consistency is reached.
