Calling all beef lovers! Bring your beef questions to our interactive, hands-on cooking class featuring Butcher Bob Orewyler from Hunting Meats. Butcher Bob will teach you how to evaluate good beef, select the right cuts, and utilize proper cooking methods. In class, you will also learn to prepare a variety of beef cuts perfect for your holiday table.

About our butcher: Bob Orewyler is qualified Master Butcher. In 1974, he began serving a two year apprenticeship which included workshops and class instruction at Cypress College. After his apprenticeship, Bob became a journeyman butcher. He has taught and trained others for over 30 years and enjoys helping students become beef savvy consumers.
