Eleven Madison Park is one of a only a handful of New York City establishments to receive four stars from the New York Times, and it was ranked #10 in the S. Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2012. Swiss native Chef Daniel Humm began his training at fourteen but was initially inspired at eight by chef Frédy Girardet. Since then he’s been awarded the James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef and earned three Michelin stars. His new restaurant NoMad has a versatile, Parisian flair that invites people in for a variety of occasions, from brunch with Mom to a dinner date or late night with the girls or guys. We invite you to join us for a delicious menu from the new restaurant NoMad, demonstrated by Chef Humm himself.
