Chef's Table with John Sundstrom
Named “Best Chef Northwest” in 2007 by the James Beard Foundation, Chef Sundstrom works directly with Northwest artisans, farmers and foragers to create bright, intense and rich small plates that celebrate the best of each season.
Chef Sundstrom will create and discuss a selection of his favorite dishes right in front of you. We’ll also serve each dish as it’s prepared, so you’ll enjoy an elegant seated dinner over the course of your evening.
Each guest will receive a gift bag with a copy of Lark: Cooking Against the Grain, a subscription to Bon Appétit, along with a copy of the magazine, and other gifts.
