Chef's Table with Jody Adams
A James Beard award winner, Chef Adams celebrates the essence of true Italian hospitality through regionally inspired cuisine, with a commitment to using products from local farmers and vendors.
Chef Adams will create and discuss a selection of her favorite dishes right in front of you, with each dish served as it’s prepared, resulting in an enjoyable and elegant seated dinner over the course of the evening.
Each guest will receive a gift bag with a copy of her book, In the Hands of a Chef, a subscription to Bon Appétit, along with a copy of the magazine, and other gifts.
