In this comprehensive cake baking class, we will concentrate on learning the different techniques in baking the cakes (creaming, jaconde, genoise, and sacher) and making the fillings the first day, and then assembly and decoration the second day. We will learn to work with both spread and poured ganache, buttercream and we will make and roll marzipan. *Please note: Class will last 3 hours each day.
