Bring your young chef in for an afternoon of learning and fun. Side-by-side with our talented instructors and other young chefs, they'll learn all about what makes a great gnocchi. First, we'll bake the potatoes and rice them, make the dough, roll it into snakes, cut it into pillows and roll it on the gnocchi board. Then we’ll make the two sauces and dessert, boil the gnocchi and finally, the best part, we'll eat!
