SAVEUR Cooks: California Cuisine

SAVEUR Magazine seeks out stories from around the globe that weave together culture, tradition, and people through the language of food. We’ve partnered with them to present SAVEUR Cooks, which will bring a new variety of themes to our Cooking Classes.

The Golden State’s fresh produce, dairy, and seafood has led native chefs to create rustic, flavor-forward dishes that prove influential country-wide. Their secrets will be revealed through a menu of seasonal sautéed vegetables with creamy goat cheese, pasta and wilted radicchio, crab cakes topped with a lemon-garlic aioli, and a batter cake chock-full of warm apples.
