SAVEUR Cooks: Celebrating Cochon

SAVEUR Magazine seeks out stories from around the globe that weave together culture, tradition, and people through the language of food. We’ve partnered with them to present SAVEUR Cooks, which will bring a new variety of themes to our Cooking Classes.

We’ve found no wrong way to cook pork, but we mostly stick to the tried-and-true methods of roasting, baking, and frying. All three will be used in our tribute to this most versatile meat, where we’ll prepare dishes to suit any occasion and everyone's palate.
