In this master class, you'll learn basic fish butchery, including breaking down a whole fish into filets and how to butcher a side of salmon. We'll also teach you techniques for cooking with the whole fish as well as some tasty recipes for the filets you butcher in class. Please note: Fish selection may change due to market availability. We also recommend completion of Essential Knife Skills prior to this class.
