Exclusive Developed just for Sur La Table in Pittsburgh, PA, by USA Pan, our commercial-quality springform pan meets the highest standards for performance and durability. Each piece in this collection is constructed with the same features found in the best pans in the industry.

Thick aluminized steel offers superior heat transfer, resistance to corrosion and rust, and excellent durability. Each pan’s thickness is based on years of performance data to deliver perfectly even heat distribution and a lifetime of use. Steel wire is added to pan rims for extra strength and resistance to warping. Our Platinum bakeware is manufactured with 65% recycled steel.

Unique fluted design with corrugated construction maximizes strength and impact resistance, and resists warping and denting that can occur with use. Textured surface allows airflow under baking food for beautifully even overall results and easy release every time.

In addition, our eco-friendly nonstick silicone coating is specifically formulated for baking and contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. The most advanced coating available; no other surface releases food and cleans up more easily.

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent using a sponge or nylon pad. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden tools. Do not cut in the pan or use sharp metal utensils. Do not heat beyond 450°F. Wash before first use. 9" round x 3" high. Made in the USA.

Superior! Simply the best!
In my opinion, this is the best springform pan on the market. The quality of materials is superior. The under-tray is an added feature which makes shuttles to and from the oven quite facile. I always spray it with Baker's Joy and line it with parchment paper. It reduced the suggested bake time for almond cake by 15 minutes. It cooks fast and evenly. The release is extremely easy. The lock is extremely secure. It must be seated properly, and, yes, it leaked two tiny beads of it contents as to be expected with springform pans; so, watery contents are nor recommended. The under-tray will catch those few drops which escape the pan! I would buy this again in a heartbeat and I would give it to others as a gift. It is well worth its price as it is superior to all others
