I bake a lot and don't have a proper sifter. This looks like it will sift a large amount of flour in a short amount of time. Additionally, I don't like the traditional sifters and and I think this will suit my needs perfectly.

What is the mesh size on this? 300uM? 180um? Tamis are usually rated on mesh size.

Best Answer: Per the vendor the mesh is 1,1mm. x 1,1mm.

How fine is this mesh?

Holes per square inch, or a grade number, or approximate size of the holes
