Excellent Sifter
I was looking for a multipurpose sifter for quite some time, something I could use for both nut flours and regular wheat flours. This is the perfect tool, very well made and ideal for many projects!

What is the mesh size on this? 300uM? 180um? Tamis are usually rated on mesh size.
