Sharpest bread knife ever
The salesperson told me this was an extremely sharp knife due to two layers of serration, and she was so right. I've cut countless baguettes, even watermelons with SUCH ease, and my favorite fun fact is that there is a layer of serration that never touches the cutting board, so it won't dull! Also, the Epicure collection feels AMAZING in your hand, the handle is soft and formed well with a perfect spot for pinching the knife. Overall one of the best purchases I've made for my kitchen, and surprisingly versatile for being a bread knife

My favorite knife ever
This is the sharpest knife I have ever used in my life. It will cleanly cut through just about anything with ease... a head of lettuce, a watermelon, a whole entire bone-in chicken, and of course bread. Be careful though, because if you slip and cut yourself, you may cut off a finger by accident...This is a serious knife, and I love it. The unique serrated edge seems to never get dull because I haven't had to sharpen it once so far in the 4 months of using it. If, heaven forbid, my house were to start burning down, I think it might be one of the things I would rescue and take with me, that, my Boos blocks and my favorite Le Creuset skillet.

Besides the absolute sharpness of this knife, I love all of the knives in the Epicure line. I started out owning the 6' chef's knife and have slowly grown my collection. They all feel amazing in my hand, as if the knife itself is an extension of your hand. These knives are absolutely worth every penny! All of the other brand knives in my knife drawer are collecting dust and are long forgotten. I never even put my Epicure knives away because I use them daily, plus they are too good looking to hide
