Great pot; sad to have missed the sale
Value rating above is sour grapes for having bought the pot a few weeks ago and now seeing it on sale for considerably less. It's a perfect pot for melting butter or scalding milk. At $49 it was a luxury I reluctantly sprang for. On sale, it's a good buy

Diamond in the rough
I mulled over All-Clad's version and believe it or not the Lodge cast iron version. I purchased this butter melting pot on sale. I use it all the time. Not only for melting butter but also for making gravy. The spouts on both sides accommodate right or left-handed cooks. Clean up is amazing. Most of the time I use regular dish soap but sometimes it needs bar keepers friend, which I use with my All-Clad pieces. You won't be disappointed

excellent buy
What a wonderful pot! I use this mostly for butter on my popcorn. The spouts are perfect, the size is perfect, not handle heavy like some I've had. I've seen similar for $80-$ over $100.
Even though I purchased it in sale for 29.99, I gladly would have paid full price

Excellent and Versatile pot
This pot is extremely well balanced for being smaller with a substantial handle. I was concerned it might be handle heavy but is not. Not only is this great for making melted butter, gravy and finishing sauces. It is the perfect pot for anyone that lives alone and wants to heat up single serve soups, vegetables or a can of beans. Its non-reactive surface makes it perfect for reducing balsamic vinegar into glaze, Scalding milk for your favorite baking recipe is no problem either. You will be amazed at the many uses you will find for this little gem and clean up is a breeze. I love this pot!
