"Good, but has hot spots"
Got a good deal on the small skillet. On sale plus I had a coupon. Perfect size for two eggs. Items still stick a little even with oil. Cleans up well and has a nice weight.

Excellent Skillet!!
I was excited to use this pan. Since it was on sale I bought one of the tri ply stainless steel and then this tri ply non stick, both 8.25in. I use the non stick pan more than the stainless steel. I haven't had any problems of anything sticking to it, I don't have any hot spots and everything cooks nice and evenly. I have to admit, when I was in culinary school I could not get my french omelets to come out as perfect as what they do in this pan. Excellent quality and at a great price!

Finally -- a pan for eggs!
I have a new induction cooktop and had to replace all my cookware. The new frying pans I purchased were not non-stick and were a nightmare when it came to eggs, even when I seasoned them. I searched and found this 8 inch one which is wonderful! I heat it first, add a little butter, and the eggs slide out beautifully when cooked. I never put it in the dishwasher -- it's so easy to rinse out with just a tiny bit of soap. It's a pretty pan, too. Very solid and well made. I don't use it for a long time, but the handle doesn't seem to get hot. I will certainly purchase other sizes, as this has become my "eggs only" pan. Definitely a great decision to purchase this!

good value
works very well, but I thought it would have a little heavier construction.

Is there a lid available to purchase with the 10"" Tri-Ply Nonstick skillet
A shopper on Jan 23, 2014
Best Answer: Try your local thrift store(s). . .I ALWAYS find proper-fitting lids for ANY size pot or pan for 50 cents to a buck [Good idea to bring the pan WITH you when shopping for a lid. . .Do NOT "trust" your tape measure (smile)]

Do the handles stay cool?
A shopper on Dec 29, 2015
Best Answer: Yes, they will stay reasonably cool as long as the burner below does not directly heat them. You will still likely need a mitten for the short handle as it tend to be warmer than the long handle. The long handle is usually ok, but I always test it anyway.

I've had this pan now for almost 10 years and it remains a go-to pan for cooking.

Eggs still stick a bit, I read you should not use a non-stick spray. What is a good substitute?
A shopper on Jan 13, 2016
Best Answer: I always use butter when cooking eggs in this pan, that or a little bit of olive oil would work too if you prefer not to use butter.
