Exclusive Our exclusive spiral slicer offers a new twist on healthy cooking. A simple turn of the handle delivers effortless vegetable spirals that would be at home in the pages of your favorite foodie magazine. Create delicious fresh zucchini noodles—“zoodles” to their fans—quick and easy curly fries, shredded carrots and cabbage for cole slaw, decorative garnishes and more. For best results, slice off the end of the vegetable being cut to provide a secure grip.

Spiral slicer comes with interchangeable blades to create three different textures: ribbons, thick spirals and thin spirals or shreds. Blades slide into place easily and store under the base of the unit when not in use. The toothed, rotating disc holds vegetables securely against the cutting surface and keeps fingers safely away from the blade. Suction feet keep the spiral cutter from slipping, and the helper handle provides extra leverage when necessary.

There are quite a few spiralizers out there and I've tried many of them while cooking with friends and coworkers. This is by far the easiest to use and has the quickest output. Try spiralizing zucchini and yellow squash, sauteing with some kale in a little olive oil, tossing in a spicy marinara sauce and serving alongside some grilled chicken. So good!!!

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical to try this item as I am huge pasta lover! I used the small thin spiral disk and made zucchini noodles and served it with Ina Garten's Weeknight Bolognese. The spiralizer was super easy to use, you definitely need to apply a little pressure to the crank, but I had noodles within a few minutes.
I kept the noodles raw, mixed in the super hot Bolognese and the noodles turned out perfect. I think they would be too soggy if I had sautéed or precooked them, so I recommend leaving them raw and they will cook down a bit in the sauce.
AMAZING alternative to pasta, I am super excited to try out other recipes. 5 STARS!

Easy Spiralizer
I am slowly jumping on the healthy eating bandwagon. As a fellow noodle lover, I had to give this a try after noticing that spiralizers are getting more popular these days. I first bought a julienne peeler since I didn't like how the hand crank versions had a bit of "waste" that wouldn't be spiralized. Bad idea. Zoodling a zucchini with a peeler ended up being a slippery and uneven job and I ended up with more "waste" than with this spiralizer. Granted, I just ended up chopping up these last bits and tossing them with my noodles since there is nothing wrong with them. In comparison, this spiralizer is safer - no chance of slicing my fingers. It comes with 3 different interchangable blades. The two blades you're not using click into a storage compartment on the right side - not sure why they don't show this handy feature. The feet suction into your counter so there's no crazy balancing act here. Just hold the spiral crank and the handle that helps you hold whatever you are zoodling against the blades. You don't have to push hard you're just keeping the veggie against the blade as it turns into noodles. I made the curry shrimp and vegetable noodles recipe from the catalog (which was sooo good) and I had to zoodle 2 yellow squashes and 2 zucchinis. Set up and zoodling took me under 10 minutes and I ended up with 16 cups of zoodles. My first zucchini, I was nervous, so I cut it in half in order before I stuck it into the machine. No need. This can handle an entire zucchini no prob. The only thing is that you end up with longer noodles. The blade and crank piece come apart from the legs easily and it's easy to clean, too. This spiralizer is a time saver and super easy to use. This is a kitchen must have!

Vegetable and Fruit Slicer
I had originally purchased the Spirelli Spiral Slicer and after trying it, was very disappointed in the results so, I returned it. The Vegetable and Fruit Spiral Slicer is much more effective and I have been very pleased with it. I still haven't figured out how to deal effectively with a carrot though. I am still experimenting with various vegetables and will try fruits soon.

Spiral Slicer
Very simply.....I love this thing. It works like I thought it would, it makes wonderful vegetable spirals --- we eat them raw in salads, sauteed in other things. It is easy to use, easy to clean and I am completely happy with it.
