Best Pan Ever
I do everything (cooking wise) in this pan. Risotto, Chicken, Pork Chops, everything. It heats evenly, you don't need high heat, it cooks evenly and it cleans up easily. This is such a good value I'm thinking of buying another one

"Finally, All-Clad!"
I've wanted All-Clad ever since I first saw it .. the look, the feel, the technical perfection. After years of drooling and wishing and languishing on wish-lists, I bought an All-Clad pan, and it is everything I ever hoped. Every time I use it, I get a thrill .. it has re-inspired my cooking .. I keep thinking of things I can do in that pan

The one pan I reach for the most.
This pan is awesome! I don't even bother with 10" or 12" fry pans anymore. The large cooking surface makes browning foods a breeze. The straight sides contain liquids and splatters better than a fry pan. The lid makes this pan more versatile than a fry pan too. You can make rice in this pan no problem. Risotto? No problem. Quick sauce for pasta? Yep. Pan roast asparagus, carrots, potatoes or other veggies? Yep. I don't cook meat so I cannot speak to those capabilities but I can tell you this is one workhorse of a pan that will take the place of 2 or 3 pans. All-Clad's quality is, of course, best-in-class so you can rest assured knowing this pan will be by your side for years and years to come.

Adore this skillet
this skillet is just the right size for doing any larger meal. I love it! I have one in my other home and it was given as a gift as it was a bit pricey when it first came out! Bought this one on sale for $99 and i know it is worth every penny. All Clad can't be beat. I make a mean brisket in this skillet and it moves easily from stovetop to oven. Love this!

Best Pan I have ever owned
I agree with all the other reviewers. I got tired of using cheap non-stick pans. This pan is not a non-stick pan, but the food does not stick. Amazing. It is my favorite pan. Love it! Made in the USA

All in one pan
I purchased this same pan as a gift for my daughter last year. I wanted one, but figured I had other pans and didn't need it. She raved about it all year. When this came around again on sale this holiday season I decided to invest in my kitchen. Love the surface size and even cooking temperatures of this pan. Cleans like a dream. My ""other pans"" may just find a new home, they won't be used much after this purchase. It's good to treat yourself to cooking items that support healthy living and make your life easie

A Kitchen Essential
I ordered one for my kitchen and loved using it so much that when I was cooking at my sister and brother in law's house I went to Sur la Table and bought one for them too!

Add This One To Your Set!
What a terrifically versatile pan. The All-Clad construction for heat distribution, durability and design create an amazing foundation for a pan that will soon become your ""go-to"" for many of your cook-top and cook-top to oven dishes. The size is perfect for 2 - 4 servings, it sears wonderfully and the vertical sides help reduce splatter and provide an excellent foil for pan reductions. It has quickly become my favorite. Grab this one; especially at the terrific promotional price. And if the promotion isn't still on, buy it anyways since it is well worth every penny of the retail price. I should explain my less than perfect ranking for the features rating of this and all All-Clad pans. My hesitation stems from the method used to attach the handle, for which no effective alternative exists, disrupts the side of the internal surface making clean-up a bit difficult. Again, buy this one; you'll be glad you did

Own World Class for $99
For fun, I keep a mental list of things I'd want to have if I were given an hour to clear out.of my house. Skipping straight to the kitchen, I would grab my good knives, the Breville toaster oven, a good set of tongs, and 3 All-Clad pans: the 2 qt Saucepan, the 4 qt Stockpot, and the 3 qt Saute Pan. If I had 5 minutes, the shortlist would be a good Chef's knife, the tongs and the Saute' Pan. I can cook about 90% of my repertoire with just those. The All-Clad 3 qt Saute Pan not only cooks well, it's nearly indestructible. That it has been chosen as the promotional piece this year is everyone who doesn't have one's kitchen dream come true. It is truly $99 well spent. If you already have one, then take pity on that friend or relative who refuses to upgrade from the "it's good enough' Revere Ware they got from their mom and buy it for them. You'll both feel better.

Beware of QC
I love All-Clad and think they are the top of the line. I have used the when I worked in professional kitchens as also at home. I am a fan and also only try to buy those that are Made in the USA because half of the line is made overseas. However much of a fan that I am, they need to be a bit more weary of quality control. The bolt that is holding the handle on my pan was jagged which was unexpected. I did not know this until I was holding it while washing it in my kitchen sink. That jagged edge pierced into my hand and although not a deep cut, it was enough for it to continue to bleed a bit. We used a metal filer to file it down so the edge is no longer jagged. Just be careful to check the product for jagged edges so you don't end up getting hurt.
