This is the largest, most powerful, but quietest KitchenAid stand mixer available. The generous seven-quart-capacity mixer has commercial-grade, high-performance features for efficiency and high quality results every time you use it.

The 1.3-horsepower motor mixes and kneads quietly, and features ten speeds from slow stirring to high beating. The commercial design includes bowl lift and metal knobs, and the mixer’s planetary action allows attachments to spin independently while making continual rotations around the bowl for thorough mixing.

The polished seven-quart-capacity stainless steel bowl has a comfort handle and plenty of room for all your needs. The professional-grade elliptical whip attachment has 11 stainless steel wires that operate 33% faster than typical whips for optimal aeration of egg whites or cream.

The mixer also comes with a flat beater and dough hook. Makes up to 14 dozen cookies or 8 lbs. of dough. The commercial power hub works with all KitchenAid attachments. Hand assembled in Greenville, Ohio, home of KitchenAid since 1919.

7-qt. capacity. 25 lbs.; 16¼" h x 14¾" l x 13¼" w. Work bowl is dishwasher safe, wipe machine and attachments clean. Made in the USA.

My 4th 7qt Mixer and the best
I've had 3 7qt mixers for over 35 years. When I was looking for a mixer to replace my last one I thought I'd give this one a try. I do a lot of heavy mixing with fresh ground WW flour. What surprised me was the difference in the batters for cakes and cookies and again for the yeast breads using the same recipes as usual. It had plenty of power. the other reason I bought it was it's made in the states and hopefully can get it repaired when there is a problem.

Best of the KitchenAid mixers
We have 2 5qt, 1 6qt and 1 7qt mixer, of these this one is the work horse. I make all the bread for our home and with the first use I new this was the best mixer for this. I knew this before but was confirmed with how easy it kneaded dough. It is nice that the 6qt attachments and bowl fit also. I bought this one when it was released because I was so displeased with the 6qt Professional 600 Stand Mixer. I have used the Viking and the Breville and this mixer out paces either of them. This is the best buy for a stand mixer

An amazing machine
I purchased the Pro Line Kitchenaid stand mixer after having outgrown my 4 1/2 quart ultra power stand mixer. Before purchasing this stand mixer I purchased another model that I was very unhappy with due to the sounds and smells the motor was making. The strength of these other mixers also did not seem good. This mixer, however, is completely different. It's quiet and smooth. The mixer can handle many of the high hydration, low hydration, and stiff doughs that I've used it for. It seems very well made. I highly recommend this stand mixer to anyone who is a serious cook or baker. This mixer is unlike the other Kitchenaid mixers that are currently being sold
