Made in Piedmont, Italy, our authentic egg pasta is prepared as it has been for centuries. Using the traditional process of rolling selected durum wheat flour and kneading with only fresh eggs, it’s produced without preservatives and coloring agents. (We love it with Sur La Table’s DOP Basil Pesto or Pecorino Tomato Sauce.)
To prepare, just cook pasta in 3 cups of boiling, salted water, stirring occasionally. The pasta will be al dente in 2–3 minutes. Serves 4–5 people. Store in a cool, dry place. 8.8 oz. Made in Italy exclusively for us.
