Long favored in European homes and cafes, Neapolitan coffee is brewed using the classic “flip and drip” method, in which the inverted cooking pot is heated until the water inside reaches boiling, then flipped back over to allow the hot water to drip over the coffee grounds. The resulting coffee is quite strong and can be enjoyed on its own or diluted with fresh, hot water. BPA-free carafe brews up to six cups. Not induction stovetop compatible.
