Amazing peeler!
I love the Rosle Peeler!
It makes a 10lb bag of potatoes seem so easy to peel. It's one of the few peelers that will actually glide through the tough skin on a rutabaga.I bought this peeler almost 8 years ago and it still works great. Totally worth the money

The Best Peeler Available
I've yet to find anything better than this peeler. The very best part of this peeler which gives it a huge edge over other brands is the fact that you can remove the blade and sharpen it. You will have to sharpen it on a stone. If you are not willing to do that, this blade will eventually dull out just like other peelers, although this will probably outlast cheaper peelers in terms of edge retention.

With that in mind, the design still has an edge over other peelers, and is sharper out of the box than the other peelers I've used.

Bottom Line: This is by FAR the best peeler available if you are willing to sharpen, and still at the top even if you don't. If you don't want to sharpen this, you might want to have a look at some ceramic peelers

I bought this peeler more than 10 years ago. It peels everything so easily, even squash. The peeler just glides through the vegetables. I am buying this one to take to our summer camp.

how to use

I have one and don't know how to use it-did not come with instructions-please help!
A shopper on Feb 12, 2011
Best Answer: The horizontal peeler is also known as the Swivel peeler crosswise on Rosle’s website. It is used that same way as the julienne peeler.
Below is a link to the Rosle site with a video on how to use.

Depth of the cut....

I need this peeler to peel lemons with but I can't get any pith with the peel, just the outer yellow part. Will this peeler cut too deep for my needs
A shopper on Mar 1, 2014
Best Answer: According to Rosle Customer Service, this peeler would make too deep a cut for your needs. They suggest you try the julienne peeler instead
