Excellent baking dishes
I was originally looking at the Revol Belle bakers, based on Pioneer Woman's recommendation, but decided to give these a try instead - they seemed very comparable and much more affordable. I have the 3.8 qt. and the 2.7 qt., and have been using them for several weeks now. I love them! The 3.8 is about the size of my old glass 9x13 dishes, but because the sides are straight rather than tapered in, making it the same dimensions top and bottom, it holds more. Both pieces bake very well, and what surprised me most was how exceedingly easy they are to clean. I'm used to having to scrub and scrape to get food off the glass of my old baking dishes, and having them semi-permanently speckled with baked-on cooking spray. I have cooked casseroles, chicken, brownies, and enchiladas in these porcelain bakers...nothing has stuck and I haven't even had to soak to loosen baked-on food. A little dish soap and dish cloth, and they wash up beautifully and look brand new. Love the handles, and love the overall look of them (they even make the food look better). I'm very impressed and very happy with them!

Will two of these bakers in the same size (such as two 3.8 qt) stack together?
Dana V on Feb 27, 2015
Best Answer: Hi Dana, two bakers of the same size do not stack within each other very well. However, since they are very even and level on the bottom, I do stack them on top of each other in storage and do not feel like they will topple over. Hope that answers your question!

Do metal utensils leave marks on these?
Dana V on Mar 11, 2015
Best Answer: I have never seen any and I regularly use a stiff, stainless steel spatula to remove burritos, lasagne, eggplant parmigian, etc. from the bakers.
