Designed in cooperation with professional chefs, the Four Star series was first introduced in 1976 and today remains a favorite all over the world. This line is a great way to start your first serious cutlery collection and makes a thoughtful gift for the cook on your list.

Using an exclusive Sigmaforge® process, each knife is precision-forged from a single piece of Friodur® ice-hardened high-carbon stainless steel for corrosion resistance, unmatched stability, lasting sharpness, and perfect geometry.

The virtually unbreakable, colorfast polypropylene handles are permanently bonded to the knife blades without any gaps. This means the knives are completely sanitary. In addition, the bolster and full stick tang provide weight, ensure safety, and add balance.

Santoku means “three virtues”, for the three primary tasks this versatile knife is designed for: slicing fish, cutting meat, and chopping vegetables. Lifetime warranty. Hand wash. Made in Solingen, Germany. 7".

Excellent Blade
I bought this knife as my first step into ""nicer"" kitchen knives because it looked like a great value. I am so happy I did!

The handle is really comfortable and withstood a whole afternoon of cooking. The blade is super sharp and feels really strong. I will definitely be buying more Four Star

Balance and edge
The comfortable handle and the balance of the knife makes the use of the super sharp blade up to the challenges. Whether it is dicing julienning, chiffonading, or carving, it is a pleasure to use
