The Flippin’ Easy mesh grill basket provides a unique and convenient way to rotate foods grilling in the basket while also allowing the grill lid to remain closed during cooking. Use this basket to cook on direct or indirect heat with meats, seafood, vegetables, all-in-one-meals, desserts and your favorite side dishes. The fine-gauge mesh keeps smaller foods from falling through and allows consistent heat to evenly cook foods.
To use, simply spray or brush all sides of the basket with a light coat of oil to keep food from sticking. Unlock the basket and load with ingredients to be grilled. Secure the lock, place basket on hot grill. After a few minutes, open the grill lid and pull handle (wearing a heat-resistant glove) up while flipping basket. Basket will follow track and come to rest on opposite side. Repeat process as needed until food is grilled as desired! (Basket will only open when unlocked in upright position.)
WARNING: Entire basket will become hot on the grill. Use oven mitt or glove when handling.
