Great roaster OR "Double 9x13 Dessert dish!"
This is going to sounds crazy - however - have you ever had to make a BIG dessert - like (2) 9 x 13 pans for apple crisp or something? This is your pan! You can easily double a recipe and use this pan and it cleans up like a charm. I have all (3) Classic Roaster pan sizes - you will not regret this purchase.

I needed a large roasting pan that was non-stick and durable. I love the scanpan brand. I have a set of their pots and pans and just love them.
