Legs and wings load easily onto the rack and stay securely in place, making it incredibly easy and hassle free to prepare. Grill or oven-bake chicken legs and wings without turning, burning or sticking. Heat circulates around each piece of meat to ensure even cooking without turning each piece by hand. Poultry cooks uniformly on all sides, and all the pieces are ready to remove at the same time.
To use, spray the rack with cooking spray or rub with a light coat of oil before use. Season chicken drumsticks or wings as desired. Load drumsticks onto the rack by threading them onto the track, with meaty portion of drumstick hanging down. For wings, thread onto the track and hang by the wing tip. Cook over indirect heat for 34–45 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
To preserve and extend the useful life of this product, hand wash with a mild dishwashing soap, rinse, and dry immediately. Do not use abrasive scrubbers. May also be washed safely in a dishwasher.
WARNING: Rack will become hot. Wear an oven mitt or heat resistant glove when handling.
