Rich Yet Oily
This product's second ingredient is olive oil which is evident from its consistency. I do love olive oil but this thick ""tomato pulp"" has too much. I will say it has a nice, strong aroma and taste of Pecorino Romano but out of balance with the rich tomatoes and excessive oil. Embarrassingly I thought the quantity was larger when I ordered it but it's only a small jar of 6.3 oz. Overall, good quality ingredients yet unbalanced and not worth the price
