Great for non-stick pans
Don't overlook that you can also use this to shred chicken or meat that you have cooked in your slow cooker or even to crush ground beef or sausage in a skillet.

Too thick
This masher grid is too thick. Potato got stuck in each and every little hole and had to be removed with a skewer. I returned it.

Many times, I end up cooking potatoes and/or root vegatables in a pot that doesn't do well with metal utinsels. I love my traditional, metal potato masher, but adding this nylons version to my arsonel will allow me to cook and mash in one pot. Less mess is always a good thing!
