How wide is the business end of the spatula (i.e. its widest edge)?
THOMAS H on Mar 24, 2015
Best Answer: The spatula is quite thin and good for lighter things such as pancakes. It's too thin for heavier items such as hamburgers, or even thicker fish (the spatula flexes and the food falls off). I find that I don't use this spatula very often.
