Our pizza grilling set comes with two 8" cordierite pizza stones, which provide the even, radiant heat required for wonderfully crisp, golden-brown crust, and two stainless steel domes, which allow for intense heat and quick, even cooking without hot spots. These baking stones are also a convenient way to heat and re-heating ready-made frozen foods. Stones will get hot, so please use an oven mitt or glove when handling. Stones are 8" d. Hand wash.
