Our pizza grilling set comes with two 8" cordierite pizza stones, which provide the even, radiant heat required for wonderfully crisp, golden-brown crust, and two stainless steel domes, which allow for intense heat and quick, even cooking without hot spots. These baking stones are also a convenient way to heat and re-heating ready-made frozen foods. Stones will get hot, so please use an oven mitt or glove when handling. Stones are 8" d.

We used it on the grill & it worked beautifully. My college son who is home on break was tweaking the ways of making the pizzas. Purchased the store-bought pizza crusts, rolled them on the baking stones, added numerous additions, like sesame seeds, garlic & butter, barbeque sauce, to the crust, them piled on the toppings & baked on the gas grill.
Total baking time was about 20 min.
What an easy meal to make on the grill.

Because it�s no fun watching others eat their pizza while you�re waiting for your pizza to cook
It worked as I expected and cooking pizza on the grill with the dome cover made the smoky flavor stronger...I used hickory chips. I would recommend this set...I especially recommend cooking pizza on the grill...tastes better than from the oven
I'm ordering another set as soon as I stop typing this.
Daughter is visiting in July so there will be three to feed and I'm not waiting for MY pizza

it get's much usage to fry an egg in my wok to get the top steamed while the edges get frizzled, perfect for that!
