Exclusive Tomatoes from San Marzano, Italy, are the choice of chefs worldwide for a unique flavor you can’t find anywhere else. We are very excited to offer this imported can of authentic Italian whole peeled tomatoes that gives home cooks access to an ingredient once available only commercially.

Stronger, sweeter and less acidic than their Roma counterparts, the distinctive San Marzano plum tomato is considered by chefs worldwide to be the best sauce tomato. Authentic San Marzano tomatoes are cultivated in the Agro Sarnese-Nocerino region of Campania and harvested from July until September, when their trademark bittersweet flavor is fullest and the thick red skin is easiest to peel.

After each harvest, each tomato is washed and canned pure without additives or preservatives. Only true San Marzano tomatoes bear the DOP seal of origin. 28 oz. Made in Italy just for us.
