Wüsthof® Classic 7" Nakiri and 6" Hollow-Edge Chef’s Knife Set
The Wüsthof Classic nakiri is a traditional Japanese knife with a shape that’s ideal for vegetable prep. Combining the features of a chef’s knife with the versatility of a cleaver, the nakiri is great for slicing and dicing veggies, mincing herbs, cutting fruits and cheeses, plus much more.
The Wüsthof Classic hollow-edge chef’s knife is the kitchen workhorse every cook needs. Slicing, chopping, dicing, mincing and more—the hollow edge reduces drag while cutting, allowing juices to remain in meat and food to release easily from blade. Perfectly tapered from tip to bolster, the curved blade can be rocked back and forth on the cutting board for efficient prep work.
Both knives are precision-forged from a single piece of steel, with triple-riveted, ergonomic, full-tang handles designed in consultation with professional chefs. Full bolsters helps protect fingers, and each edge is laser-controlled and tested to exact specifications.
Wüsthof’s Precision Edge Technology (or PEtec) enhances each blade’s sharpness by 20%, and creates edges that will last twice as long.
