I make plum pudding every Christmas and have been using a metal mixing bowl covered with tightly tied foil. That works but this should be much better and free up the bowl.

I have made my Old English Steamed Pudding recipe for many years. Eventually my pudding pan became so rusted out that I had to throw it away! I just discovered that you carry the identical tin pan. I can't wait for my new pan to arrive. We will have Xmas pudding again this year!! ..... Paula Kimmel

My mom used to make a chocolate steamed pudding with a hard sauce during the holidays and everyone loved it. She used a coffee can but not too many tin cans around anymore. So glad to have found this as my grown children are asking for it. One will be a gift to one of my daughters and she will be thrilled as her kids are asking her to make some of the pudding. Thank u.

What is the capacity?
Linda L A on Dec 12, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I'm not able to measure mine because it's in storage, but my records show that the label indicated its capacity is two liters.
Is the pudding steamer shaped like a bowl or a bundt cake type pan inside?
A shopper on Dec 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Pudding pan is scalloped in side much like a Bundt pan without the center tube. Hard to find. Get itvwhile you can.
Does the lid for the pudding steam mold have clips to hold in steam?
Su S on Nov 29, 2016
BEST ANSWER: There are two little prongs on the inside of the mold with matching grooves on the cover. They must line up so the lid will fit tight. Then you turn it until it stops. This holds it tight during the steaming process. Just reverse twist to lift lid.
Will this rust with use?
A shopper on Dec 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: If you dry your steamed pudding mold very well it should not rust. After drying it you could place it in a warm over for a final dry, just to be sure.
