"Moist and chocolatey, YUM!"
My son was just diagnosed with celiac disease, and I wanted to make brownies he could safely eat. I made these gluten-free King Arthur brownies using canola oil instead of melted butter, and I added about 2/3 cup of Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips. These brownies are so good, we like them better than the wheat-flour Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownies we used to make
