"Decent, but not sturdy"
I wanted to like this dough whisk, but unfortunately the metal is not attached very well to the wooden handle. The first time I used it, to mix some bread dough the metal part of the whisk came somewhat unglued and started to spin around the wooden handle. It's still attached, but not as easy to use because it spins. The whisk is easy to clean even with sticky bread doughs. Hopefully, Sur La Table will make a more sturdy version

Poor fit & finish (great product otherwise)
I bought it this afternoon, and repaired it tonight.

The first time I used it, the head was loose. Upon further inspection, the metal whisk and the ferrule came out of the handle.

I filled the hole w/ Gorilla Glue, and we'll see if it holds. ...Not really worth a gallon of gas and the time it takes to return it, but I'm disappointed.

Great product, poorly executed.

[I wonder if the one from my favorite flour manufacturer is any better. It's 50% more expensive, even before shipping. But if it lasts...

The Whisk that Wouldn't
This product broke apart on first use with a bowl of soft yeast dough. Considering the two previous reviews, I would definitely NOT recommend this Danish dough whisk. It's going back for a refund. I may consider a pricier one I found online from a different seller
