Why did you choose this?
Sur La Table Store
I wanted a smaller dutch oven - they're versatile and wonderful. I like the color.
Nancy W on Feb 5, 2016
Two reasons...one is the graphite gray color and the other is the unique lid on the Staub products that recirculates the moisture within the cooking environment
William M on Dec 9, 2015
I find Staub to be more durable than LC. The color is gorgeous, cleanup is easy, it goes on stovetop and in oven, and the size will be perfect for vats of chili and meatballs. Definitely cookware to last a lifetime.
Lisa J on Feb 1, 2016
This vessel was used in a recent cooking class and I was impressed by its quality.

What can be cooked in the cocotte?
A shopper on Dec 11, 2015
Best Answer: You can make stew, curry, or even meat stock in the cocotte. I sometimes use it to pan fry my tofu since it retains heat very well, and it's deep enough to not create splattering of oil on your stove.

Also, could you tell me if they have one in the store in the Quaker Bridge Mall, near Princeton, New Jersey?
Thank you.
