Best piece of cookware I own!
I have used the 4qt for more than a year and have never had a failure. On the stove top or in the oven, it cooks beautifully and maintains an even temperature throughout. The inner surface is not a ""teflon"" type coating. Cleans beautifully and easily. It's the best piece of cookware I own and I want more

Bought the 4 qt. size at the Detroit store. Used the pot 5 times with same result--food burned on right hand side of pan. Tried adding more liquid, changing stove, changing oven, changing temperatures. Results were the same. Finally threw pan out and replaced with Le Creuset. Consistently good results now. I wasted my money with Staub
