"Great cookware, simply the best"
I love cookware that performs well and looks good too. This is one of my new favorites. I purchased it as a gift, but then decided to keep it for myself after it arrived. It is the perfect size for side dishes and healthy main dishes. I have been using it for everything: roasting veggies, chicken and even an amazing baked pasta. The pasta was perfect and loved how warm it stayed after coming out of the oven. This cookware looks just as good on your table or buffet for serving. I liked it so much I went back and purchased little individual sized pieces for appetizers

Staub® Graphite Braiser, 2.75 qt. Is this a new-model without honey comb shapes on the bottom. The second picture is different from another pictures. So are there honey comb or not?
haeyeon on Feb 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this one does have the honeycomb pattern on the bottom.
What is the physical size and weight?
A shopper on Dec 18, 2013
BEST ANSWER: The 2 3/4 qt braiser is 9 1/2" x 4 3/4" x 2 3/4" high. It weighs 9 lb. with the lid.The 4 qt braiser is 11" x 5" x 3" high. It weighs 11 lb. 8 oz. with the lid
can this go in the oven?
A shopper on Dec 14, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes!!! It's an awesome pot. No regrets.
I took a class in Dallas a few weeks ago for making paella and want to know which size and make Staub pan was used???
A shopper on Apr 16, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I think but is too small for paella, unless it is a very small recipe. I think it's a better shape for paella than Staub's bigger pots. I wish Staub had the same size braiser as Le Creuset. That would work for paella (but still not a lot of servings). Sue La Table has very reasonably priced paella pans if you think you will make it regularly.
Is the pan a darker color than the lid as in the picture? Or the all graphite?
A shopper on Oct 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: All graphite. I had the same question, that picture is very misleading!
