Wow!
After years of struggling with traditional finish metallic bakers, I splurged for the Staub. What a difference! I made a Czech ""bubble cake"" with fresh cherries. The crust was perfect with no burned spots and the inside was evenly cooked. Clean-up was effortless. Where my old pan would require vigorous scrubbing and even some fingernail work after this kind of recipe, the Staub cleaned up with tap water alone the first time out. The only seasoning effort was a little bit of butter on the baking surface after warming it for a few minutes on the stove top
