The Spanish assortment includes 4 different types of cheeses, plus some of the most delicious tortas crackers we’ve ever tried:

½ lb. Drunken Goat
  • Semi-firm D.O.P. goat cheese from Spain’s Mediterranean coast
  • Cured for 48–72 hours in Pasodoble red wine, aged 75 days
  • Sweet and smooth, delicately grapey, with a gentle, pliable texture and mild fruity flavor
  • Pairs well with medium fruity red wines (like Tempranillo)
½ lb. MitiBleu
  • Roquefort’s full-bodied, sharp and fruity Spanish cousin
  • Raw milk is taken from sheep grazing in the mountains of La Mancha
  • An exceptionally rich and aromatic version of the classic blue
  • Best enjoyed with a swirl of sherry
½ lb. El Trigal Aged Manchego
  • Made with 100% Manchego sheep milk (D.O.) and aged 1 year
  • Aging results in a rich, nutty flavor with and pleasant gaminess
  • Firm enough for grating; Highlight the sharp, caramel flavor anywhere you would use Parmigiano
  • Enjoy with a glass of herbaceous Rioja or a Riesling
½ lb. Queso Idiazabel
  • D.O.P. standards ensure this Basque-country-favorite is made with raw milk from Laxta and Carranza sheep
  • This exceptionally rich, fatty milk results in a buttery mouthfeel and an intriguing gamy character
  • Supple, toothsome texture and subtle sharpness
  • Best enjoyed hearthside with a mug of hard cider or a fruity Spanish red

  • Made from a recipe created a century ago in Seville, Spain
