Best Answer: I am able to see my fingers through my bresaola slices. The slices appear to be about 1/16". I really appreciate the ease of use with this slicer and the fact that I can choose the thickness I want. The learning curve is minimal. Be sure to have consistent strong pressure on the Food Pusher. I purchased a Fine Edge Blade for my slicer but so far have not needed to use it.
