BEST ANSWER: It is, and I love it! I make greek yogurt pops with plain greek yogurt (0 fat), ripe berries and agave syrup. Freeze overnight, and you've got yourself a healthy snack!
Can I use old fashioned wood Popsicle sticks? For bake sale.

BEST ANSWER: Definitely! Spread plastic wrap tightly over the mold after filling it. Stick the wood sticks in-the plastic will keep them upright.
