Extremely Versatile Everything Pan
Maybe it's just the fact that it is the shiny new toy in my overflowing collection, but I have used this pan at least seven times in the seven days I have owned it. To be fair, I make my living running a personal chef service so I cook more than the average person, but still this pan feels virtually indispensable already.

I love its depth (the wall are higher than they appear in the pictures.) This pan works wonderfully as a saute pan, for braising, as a skillet, and is oven-safe to 400 degrees.

Very Nice Pan
I have used this pan for only two weeks, but I am impressed with it--searing to simmering. Nicely shaped, quality materials, tho I do wish the handles stayed cooler. Cleans up beautifully

Must Have
I have always wanted a pan like this and when it went on sale I grabbed it. I have only had it for about 3 weeks and used it once so far with excellent results. It cooked evenly, easy to clean and I especially like the fact that the handles don't heat up.
It's perfect for making my braised lamb shanks, short ribs and tomato sauce. I usually only cook for 2, but do entertain a lot so this will do me just perfectly. I would definitely recommend to all. Love it

Great and versatile pan
I saute a lot and make a mess of my stove top in the process. This pan, as a wide and deep vessel, keeps more spatters inside, and is a joy to use. I've had it a couple of weeks and have used instead of a wok several times, plus used for some pasta dishes. Having a lid and two handles makes it very useful as well, although the long handle does make storage a little bit of a problem. Only complaint I have is that it went on sale for a little less than I paid right after I got it. Oh well

Perfection in one pot!
Love the quality of this pan, and the depth of the sides. My only regret is that it doesn't have a Large flat bottom surface. You see this pan is replacing a worn out one with a very large 12" flat bottom. I know I will get used to it, in time! I am very happy with the fact that nothing sticks to the bottom. I haven't had trouble with the handles getting hot as others have reviewed (I read these before I even purchased). I will be making this pan my every day pan, and expect to wear it out also!

I bought two, one for me and one for my son. Good thing. He would have taken mine. Love the size, easy to clean, great heat distribution. Love it!

The Big Pot
I absolutely love this pan - - use it at least 5 X per week, and ordered another one for our ski cabin. It's great for stew, soup, braising, paella, and all sorts of things. It's my favorite pan!
